Is there a download limit?
No. While your membership is active you can download every included STL file, as many times as you need.
Which files are included?
All STL files in the shop are included, except STL Packs, which keep their regular price.
How do I cancel?
Go to My Membership in your account and click Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Do I keep the files after my membership ends?
Yes. Files you downloaded are yours to keep and print for personal use.
Can I use the files commercially?
Membership files are for personal use only. Selling the files or prints made from them is not allowed.
Do new models count?
Yes. Every new STL file added to the shop is included automatically while your membership is active (except STL Packs).
Where do I find my downloads?
After checkout, add any STL file to your cart and complete the order at $0. Your files appear right away in My Account > Downloads.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay where available. We never see or store your card details.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Choose a new plan on this page at any time. Your new plan replaces the current one.
Can I get a refund?
